Shot blasting is the technological process of removing impurities from various surfaces by using abrasive. It is used for the protection and prior-preparation of surfaces. We offer this solution to allow our customers a one stop shop.

Powder Coating:

Powder coating is a type of dry surface treatment and for many applications is an effective alternative to liquid and paint treatments.

The process involves immersing the surface in a granulated powder composed of several protective chemicals. The surface is then cured in a drying chamber, which melts the powder and causes it to homogenise as a hard, durable surface. A pigment can be added if required.

Powder coating can be used to treat both new and refurbished metalwork with great Anti UV properties. Suitable for Galvanised Steel, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminum.

Cerakote Ceramic Finishing’s

Cerakote is a ceramic based finish that can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers and wood. The unique formulation used for Cerakote ceramic coating enhances a number of physical performance properties including abrasion/wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness. Each of these properties is rigorously tested to guarantee that Cerakote products remain at the forefront of the ceramic coatings market. Cerakote ceramic coatings utilize state-of-the-art technology to out-perform any competitive coating in both laboratory settings and real world applications

Nylon Coating:

Although initially more expensive than polyester coatings, Nylon has superior wear, abrasion, and impact resistance. Any extra cost is recovered many times over by savings in maintenance and replacement costs. Coating with Nylon is a major part of our day to day business. Nylon powder coating combines thermal stability, physical durability, chemical resistance and mechanical integrity into a coating material that stands up to almost anything. Nylon powders are virtually impervious to extremes of pressure, PH, and temperature. Nylon has high dimensional stability, good resistance to stress cracking, and low moisture absorption. Nylon powder coating also has a low coefficient of friction and excellent abrasion resistance. Nylon is a green product it is made from a renewable raw material, namely castor seeds – Castor oil.
